Welcome, Artist-Educators, This blog is a revamped version of a project that we'd begun together a few years back - think of it as the NYC Charter School Artists Collective version 2.0 We began the Collective (now Collaborative), as a means of bringing together the talents of our community to share our frustrations, successes and best-practices, and to provide a forum for the specialized professional development that was so desperately needed. My hope is that we will meet quarterly, rotating to the different members' schools. I also intend for Bronx Arts to host a late-winter/ early-spring conference again. Welcome (or welcome back)!
